AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMME:

Session Plan:
Afternoon Rate: $10.00/session
Time: 3.00-5.30pm
Transport: Pickup from school (Taxi pickup $2.50)

SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME:

Casual User Plan:
This is designed for the family that occasionally uses school holiday programmes, perhaps 2-3 times each holiday period. You may require care in a moments notice. This plan is for you.

Daily Rate: $55.00/day
Half Day Rate: $35/half day
Weekly Rate: $275/week
Annual: $1100.00/year ($21.15/week)
Usage: up to 20 days/year

Prompt Payment Discounts
Our prompt payment (payment at the beginning of the programme) discount will be credited towards your child/rens' next holiday programme. This becomes a win/win situation for everyone.

Credit from Last Programme = $25.00

Frequent User Plan:

This plan is for families who work one week on, one week off over the school holidays and a couple of weeks over Christmas-New Year.

Annual: $1300/year ($25.00/week as per payment plan)**
Daily Rate: $43.33/day
Maximum Usage: 30 days (6weeks)
Additional Weeks: $220/week
Top Up Rate: $45.00/day
Annual Savings: $200.00/year *

Platinum User Plan:

This plan is for the family with parents on the go. Kidz Inc is entrusted with the care of your children to provide a stimulating environment and supporting their interests.

Annual $1456/year ($28.00/week as per payment plan) **
Daily Rate: $36.40/day
Maximum Usage: 40 days (8weeks)
Additional Weeks: $195/week
Top Up Rate: $40.00/day
Annual Savings: $546.00/year *

Work & Income Booster Plan:

Parents who are eligible for Work & Income support can nominate this plan. This daily rate is the maximum amount you can expect to pay if you are eligible for the full subsidy for a whole day available through Work & Income. A sliding scale will be used for those families not eligible for the full Work & Income subsidy or working part time to determine your maximum daily rate.

Daily Rate: $20.00/day
Half Day Rate: $12/half day
Weekly Rate: $95/week
Annual: $900.00/year ($17.30/week)**
Usage: up to 50 days/year
Annual Savings: $1600.00/year *

* Savings based on equivalent number of days compared to Casual User Rates.
** All Payment Plans and top ups are exclusive of GST

Multiple Children:
If you are a family with two or more children then you have many options. You can purchase the Platinum User Plan and have 4 weeks (20 days) of holiday care for two children, or purchase two Frequent User Plans and have 3 weeks (15 days) of holiday care for 4 children.

Conditions:
All discounts apply to the payment plan option that you choose.
The daily rate is the amount paid if signing up to a plan.
The top up rate is the cost per day for additional days or to bridge one plan to the next.
Unless you sign up to the payment plan, daily costs are based on casual user rates.
Payment plans are to be organised before the commencement of the holiday programme, otherwise days will be charged out at the casual daily rate. (payment plans require a 10% deposit with the remainder paid over 12 months)
Preferential bookings go to Platinum Users, then Frequent Users, WINZ Booster Users and then Casual Users.
Unused days cannot be carried over to renewed 12 month plans.
